Welcome to FinMatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinMatch website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using FinMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using FinMatch, you confirm that:

• Quiver Management: Tools to track your boards and fins
• Session Logging: Record your surf sessions
• Purchase Links: Links to third-party retailers where you can buy fins

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use FinMatch without creating an account. If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

3.2 Account Termination

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the Service to compete directly with FinMatch

5. Intellectual Property

FinMatch owns or licenses all content on the Service, including:

• Recommendation algorithms
• Fin descriptions and specifications we create
• Graphics, logos, and branding

Fin images, brand names, and product specifications belong to their respective owners (FCS, Futures, True Ames, etc.). We display this information for informational purposes.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (board names, session notes, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

6. Recommendations and Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantee of Results

Our recommendations are based on general guidelines and user inputs. We do not guarantee that:

• Any recommended fin will be suitable for you
• You will experience improved performance
• Our information is complete or error-free

6.2 Personal Responsibility

Surfing involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating whether a fin is appropriate for your skill level
• Your safety while surfing
• Your purchasing decisions

8.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your data

8.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinMatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
